Official Eligibility Criteria For Association Membership

1. Proprietor / Partner Age

The Proprietor or Partner of the applying firm must be at least 18 years of age.

2. Uttar Pradesh Residency

The Proprietor or Partner must be a bona fide resident of Uttar Pradesh for a minimum continuous period of 5 years.

3. Firm GST Registration

The firm must possess a valid GST Registration in Uttar Pradesh that is at least 1 year old.

UPCDWA reserves the absolute right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate the membership of any applicant or member found not complying with the above criteria, or discovered to be acting against the collective interests of UPCDWA and its registered members.

Name Enter the owner or authorized contact person's name. Mobile Mobile should be exactly 10 digits, numbers only. Email Use an active email address for login and approval updates. Password Use at least 8 characters with a secure mix. Confirm Password Must match the password entered above. Company Name Enter the business name to show in the member directory. City Enter your business city. District Select the district from the UPCDWA district master. Pincode Pincode should be exactly 6 digits. GSTIN Optional. Enter GSTIN if your firm has one. Address Enter full shop, office, or billing address. Payment Screenshot Upload payment screenshot or receipt. Allowed: JPG, PNG, PDF up to 5 MB.
